How it works

The agentic control loop

Every Syntrix agent runs the same five-step loop, continuously, across every shift. It's how a single agent replaces a queue of alerts, spreadsheets and meetings with one decisive action.

1

Sense

The agent ingests live telemetry, vision feeds, orders and historical context through the data fabric — building a continuously updated picture of the operation.

2

Reason

It detects anomalies and drift, diagnoses root cause against learned failure modes, and frames the decision in terms of throughput, quality, cost and safety.

3

Simulate

Before acting, the agent models options — "reschedule vs. expedite", "tune parameter vs. stop line" — and predicts the downstream impact of each.

4

Act

It executes the best action inside your systems — opening work orders, re-sequencing jobs, triggering replenishment — or escalates to a human when policy requires.

5

Learn

Outcomes feed back into the model. Every shift, the agent's diagnoses get sharper and its actions more trusted.

In practice

From signal to resolved — in seconds

06:14:02 [quality-agent] defect rate on LINE-2 crossed 1.8% (threshold 1.2%)
→ reason correlated with oven zone-3 temp drop of 4°C
→ simulate option A: raise setpoint +4°C · option B: stop & inspect
→ act setpoint corrected, defect rate back to 0.4% in 3 min
⚑ logged CAPA draft created, supervisor notified
✓ learn pattern saved → future drift caught 9 min earlier

Watch the loop run on your data

In a 30-minute demo we connect a slice of your real signals and show an agent close the loop live.
